Deposits
A non-refundable deposit secures your date and removes it from the calendar. The deposit is applied to your final balance.
Until the deposit is received, dates are held informally and may be offered to other clients.
Rescheduling
Need to move your date? Reach out as early as possible. Subject to availability, deposits can be transferred once to a new date within twelve months at no charge.
Cancellations
Cancellations 30+ days before the event: any payments beyond the deposit are refunded.
Cancellations 14–29 days before: 50% of the contracted balance is due, as sourcing and staffing are already underway.
Cancellations within 14 days: the full contracted balance is due.
Headcount & menu changes
Final headcount and menu are locked 10 days before the event. Increases after that are accommodated when possible and billed accordingly.
Weather & force majeure
For events affected by circumstances beyond either party's control, we'll work with you in good faith to reschedule rather than cancel.
